Valid Class A or Class B Operators License.
Experience preferred.Position Requirements:
- Must pass all DOT requirements including physical examination and drug screen.
- Must have a clean motor vehicle record.
- Must have the ability to lift heavy weights repeatedly.
- Must be able to read, speak and understand the English language.
No more than three moving violations in the past three years.
No DUI’s in the past 10 years.

CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
IMS Relocation is seeking a customer service coordinator for full-time employment. Must pass a background check and drug screen. Recent college graduate preferred.

- be able to multi-task, with attention to details
- be able to communicate with customers, crews, salespeople and management
- be punctual and dependable with reliable transportation

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Communicate effectively through written and verbal communication
- Handle scheduling adjustments to accommodate customer’s request

- Relay new ideas to improve service and / or performance

DIESEL MECHANIC HELPER (Carrollton)
Seeking reliable, diesel mechanic helper to assist technician(s) with repairing and completing preventative maintenance on, but not limited to, tractor trailers and bobtails.
Requirements:
- Must work well with others.
- Must communicate effectively and follow directions.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. CDL a plus.
- Must pass physical, background check and drug screen.
DIESEL MECHANIC
Seeking reliable, highly experienced diesel mechanic for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing and completing preventative maintenance on, but not limited to, tractor trailers and bobtails. This position requires a working knowledge related to diesel engine diagnosis, repairs and maintenance. We need someone with current experience.
Requirements:
- Must work well with others and assist other technicians, when needed, on major repairs.
- Must communicate effectively and follow directions.
- Must diagnose vehicle problems based on driver complaints and inspection.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must provide your own tools.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license. CDL a plus.
- Must pass physical, background check and drug screen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnosis and repair of any truck or trailer breakdowns
- Repair transmissions, driveline and differentials
- Perform repairs to engine accessory components
- Perform tune-ups using established procedures
- Repair steering, suspensions, brake systems, frames, axles, electrical, hydraulic and a/c
- Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work performed
HOUSEHOLD GOODS MOVERS / HELPERS
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates should be friendly with great customer service skills, physically fit and able to lift 100 lbs.
- Job requires constant bending, lifting and standing for long periods of time.
- Must be a team player and get along well with others.

OFFICE ADMIN
IMS Relocation is seeking a motivated and organized individual for a full-time office admin position. Knowledge of the moving industry preferred but not required.
Candidate must:
- have the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- work well with others and have a positive attitude
- be detail oriented and well organized
- have excellent oral communication and written skills
- be able to operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners etc.
- be able to work in a high stress environment
- must have a clean appearance and be able to pass a background check
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones
- Filing
- Greeting customers
- Data entry
- Assisting with general office duties
- Assisting with dispatch and coordinating moves
High school diploma required. Some college is highly recommended. This position requires the employee to be at the office on days scheduled. Hours could vary depending on the busy season of our company. This is an immediate hire for the right person.
OPERATIONS AND DISPATCH ASSISTANT
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist operations and dispatch with daily tasks
- Coordinate local moves with sales staff, vendors, customers and management
- Ensure all necessary information is accurate
- Prepare and organize required paperwork and ensure it is distributed to the proper departments
- Maintain organized records of moves, communication with customers and schedules
- Assist with overall total customer satisfaction

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and have valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
MOVER WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (Household Goods – Storage)
Requirements:
- Experience and knowledge in household goods moving and within a warehouse setting.
- Experience with a forklift, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment.
- Strong work ethic (on time, dependable, works well with others)
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trailers.
- Read work orders or receive oral instructions to determine work assignments and material / equipment needs.
- Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
